Yes, you can get cashless facility for both OPD and IPD (Insurance) benefits applicable under this plan. Cashless benefit for OPD can be availed within Practo network. We have a network of 7000+ doctors where you can avail cashless appointments, and another 8000+ doctors for where appointment fees can be reimbursed.

OPD reimbursement process (for consultations within the Practo network of doctors) is in the Plus section inside Practo App. Upload the bill, along with doctor details and the bank account details. The reimbursement is processed within a week.

All OPD appointments booked on Practo are free. For hospitalization, all hospitals are covered. However, cashless hospitalization is covered only in network hospitals.

Spouse + two children are covered under the family plan.

In the family plan the cover amount is the total sum insured for all the members. All members combined can claim, up to the sum insured.

There is no limit. You can claim any number of times, up to the limits offered under the plan.

Medical check is not required for people upto 40 years of age. You just need to give a declaration of good health to be eligible for the insurance offer. However people above 40 years will have to undergo medical tests.

Declaration of Good Health is an eligibility criteria for enrollment into Insurance offer; In case if you don’t qualify all or some of the conditions mentioned in the Declaration of Good Health then you are not eligible for IPD plan.

Anyone between the age group of 0 to 55 years can become a member of the plan.

You can start availing OPD benefits from Day 1 of the membership. Insurance cover has a wait period of 15 days. For some specific illnesses there is a wait period of 1 year. Accidental hospitalization is also covered from Day 1.

Yes, you can avail Maternity benefits, both OPD and IPD under this plan. Under Insurance Plan, IPD benefit under Maternity is limited to Rs. 50,000 for both Normal and C Section delivery, with a waiting period of 9 months from Policy inception.

You will receive a Certificate of Insurance on your Email ID within 24 hours from payment. Email will be sent by the Insurer.

You can cancel your membership after 3 months. We will refund your membership amount on a pro-rata basis. Sadly, we won’t be able to offer you a refund if you have used any OPD or IPD benefits.

Yes, Restoration Benefits can be claimed for same or different illness, for same of different member
